Meet Jenny

My approach in working with individuals in the therapeutic setting is person-centered and strengths based. I support you in feeling empowered to work toward what feels like achievable goals, while offering frequent validation and a trusting environment. I understand that everyone is at their own stage in their ability to take the internal and external steps necessary to both seek treatment, and work towards growth and progress. I am here to support at whatever pace is necessary to do so, and offer recommendations for means of coping personal to you.

Over the last 20 years, I have a gained a range of experience helping individuals cope with and manage symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma, Self-Injury, Life Transitions, Divorce, Blended Families, Women's Issues, and other challenges impacting one's life functioning.  My background includes working in Early Intervention, Foster Parent support, Children and Family Services, Coordination of Disability Related Services for Youth, Intensive In-Home Therapy Services for Youth and Families (to include court ordered therapy services), and most recently providing Pyschoeducational Interventions as a School Social Worker for the last 8 years.

I primarily work with youth 10 and up, teens, young adults and adult women.
