Meet Lindsey

I am the owner of Obsidian Behavioral Health, but I am also a therapist! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois and North Carolina, and a licensed independent social worker CP in South Carolina. I am open minded, non judgmental, and laid back. I have a strong passion for assisting others and guiding them through life’s ups and downs. While working with a variety of ages, I specialize in children and adolescents, cancer/oncology, as well as in trauma focused therapy. I also work with numerous other challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma related disorders, self harm, child welfare involvement, foster care, adoption, and suicidal ideation.

While the work may be uncomfortable and difficult at times, we will work together to make managing life and it’s stressors more manageable for you.
